This is the current Primary helmet on the FBI - DEA - USMS Ballistic Helmet contract (2024-2029) and available to Federal & DOD purchasers directly through the contract. Proof of occupation and eligibility required. Commercial law enforcement purchases should be routed to inquiries@buschprousa.com
- Meets the FBI Ballistic Helmet Protocol 2024 and is certified by the FBI
- Meets the VPAM-3 certification and is certified by European independent labs
- Meets the NIJ IIIA 'Test' for 9mm & .44 Mag
- Meets STANAG 2920 Fragmentation testing
- Meets Blunt Trauma testing standards as stipulated by FBI Protocol
All Helmets available in Highcut or Midcut in Ranger Green, Black or Coyote Brown
- Weight: Highcut helmets = 3.1lbs, Midcut helmets = 3.3lbs
- Comes with updgraded CPP-2 Comfort pad system, SCS Speed contact system rails, adjustable wheel dial harness, and lifetime warranty on all physical components (Harness, Rails, NVG Shroud, etc)
- 5yr Ballistic Warranty against Defects in workmanship
- All accessories from the AMP-1TP also work with the AMP-1X including visors, ballistic mandibles, helmet covers, velcro kits, chin strap extenders, and rifle appliqués
